STORY SUMMARY: In the wake of the devastating hurricanes that pummeled the Gulf Coast, thousands have come together to reach out to those in need. And while many have donated money and valuable resources, one group of celebrities is lending their voice.

On Monday, October 17th Sharon Stone, Denise Rich, Mark Feist and Damon Sharpe will host a press conference to announce the much-anticipated release of their celebrity-supported song, "Come Together Now." Originally inspired by the Tsunami tragedy, "Come Together Now," is the first major all-star collaboration since "We Are The World" which was released over twenty years ago.

The lyrics, which convey a universal theme that promotes unity in the time of adversity, encourages those to reach out with compassion and understanding. Some celebrities on the album include: Nick Carter, The Game, Natalie Cole, Celine Dion, Wyclef Jean, JoJo and Patti LaBelle.
