Trans World, which operates FYE, Coconuts Music and Movies, Wherehouse, CD World, Spec's, Second Spin and Planet Music stores, is encouraging its customers to make a contribution to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina when visiting at any of its 800 stores across the country. Shoppers can simply add on a contribution to the American Red Cross Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund at the checkout counter and receive a receipt for their contribution.
