Granite Broadcasting Corporation Assists With Donations for Victims of Hurricane Katrina
NEW YORK, Sept. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Granite Broadcasting Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: GBTVK) announced today all of its stations, in partnership with local American Red Cross chapters, are working to raise donations for the Katrina relief effort. Granite stations will be utilizing live telethons, public service announcements and news coverage to raise donations and keep its local communities fully informed of the relief efforts.
