CenterTelecom Lists ADRs on Frankfurt and Berlin Stock Exchanges

MOSCOW, July 28/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CenterTelecom (RTS: ESMO, ESMOP, MICEX: CTEL, CTELP and US OTC: CRMUY) is pleased to announce the listing of its Level 1 ADRs (American Depositary Receipts) on the Frankfurt and Berlin stock exchanges, effective from 28 July 2005.

Circulation of CenterTelecom's ordinary shares (state registration number: 1-04-00194-A dated December 16, 2005) outside the Russian Federation in the form of ADR, and in number of 623 312 699 units from the total ordinary shares issue of 1 578 006 833 units, is authorized by the FFMS (Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia) Decree #05-58 dated January 19, 2005. One ADR equals 100 ordinary shares of CenterTelecom. At the moment about 1.5% of the total number of the ordinary shares participate in the ADR program. JPMorgan Chase Bank is the depositary bank.
