It will be an evening of music history in the making as the Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ:ISLE) pays tribute to blues legend B.B. King, honoring the artist's 80th birthday.

The B.B. King 80th Benefit Birthday concert, held at Biloxi's Mississippi Coast Coliseum located in King's home state, will hit a cord of fun, entertainment and philanthropy for the thousands of ticket holders of Saturday's event. Hosted by television personality Montel Williams, the concert will include musical performances from a variety of genres. "I am thrilled to participate in the 80th birthday celebration for this musical genius, international legend and exemplary human being," Williams said.

Headliner entertainment for the evening will include motion picture and television star Bruce Willis, who is also a chart-topping musical artist. Willis has pursued his love of music as a recording artist since 1986, when he released his first album, which went platinum and remained on the charts for 29 weeks. Of his participation in the concert, Willis said, "I am thrilled and honored to be invited to B.B. King's 80th birthday party; I've been a fan of B.B.'s ever since I've been listening to music. When I think of the blues I think of B.B. King. Happy Birthday, B.B.!"

Joining Willis will be a variety of blues, country, jazz and rock artists, including Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Deborah Coleman, Bobby Blue Bland, Jody Williams, Smokin' Joe Kubeck, Dr. John and Dickey Betts. The concert will feature a finale with King playing several of his greatest hits, accompanied by all of the artists in attendance.

The B.B. King Benefit Concert is produced by Bill Haggett and Shelli Wright of Four Star Entertainment, Inc. of Florida. Proceeds for the B.B. King Birthday Benefit concert will benefit the B.B. King Museum and Delta Interpretive Center ( http://www.bbkingmuseum.org/ ), which is currently under construction in Indianola, Miss. The $10 million museum is being established to honor the international bluesman, preserve the Delta blues heritage and encourage and inspire young artists and musicians.
