BURLINGAME, Calif., April 18 /PRNewswire/ -- MeeVee, the premier developer of personalized programming search and recommendation engines, today announced the appointment of two seasoned executives to senior management positions. Michael Raneri was named the company's chief marketing officer and Matthew Cullen has joined as vice president of affiliate sales. Michael has more than 16 years of consumer product marketing and development experience. Prior to joining MeeVee, Raneri spent nine years at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. His most recent position was senior vice president of eCommerce where he managed all of the client facing electronic experiences for the company. He previously served as assistant vice president of eCommerce and marketing at Quick & Reilly, Inc, now Bank of America securities. Michael received his bachelor's degree in economics and sociology from Fairfield University.
"I am thrilled to be joining MeeVee at such an exciting time for the company and the entertainment category they belong to," said Raneri. "I look forward to working with Gil Dudkiewicz and rest of the executive team as we launch the brand and execute on our tactical roadmap for positioning MeeVee as the premium provider of innovative television search and personalization tools."
Matthew Cullen joins MeeVee as vice president of affiliate sales where he will be responsible for expanding the company's relationships with network television partners in the U.S. Matthew comes to MeeVee after five years in the Interactive TV space working for OpenTV as vice president of network sales based in San Francisco, and prior to that as vice president of international sales Western Europe for RespondTV in London.
