The STQ-2016-3 is a SiGe HBT Direct Quadrature Modulator packaged in the industry standard TSSOP-16. This device is ideal for WCDMA transmitter designs that employ direct conversion architectures in the 850 MHz, the 1900 MHz, and the 2100 MHz bands.
