PRN Corporation Announces David Verklin, CEO of Carat Americas, Joins Its Board of Directors Leading Executive Expands PRN's Media and Advertising Expertise SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- PRN Corporation announced today that David Verklin, CEO of Carat Americas, has joined the Company's board of directors. Mr. Verklin oversees Carat's U.S., Canadian and Latin American operations and is a board member for Carat's parent company Aegis Group, a leading global marketing services company. Previously, Mr. Verklin was Executive VP Managing Director and Corporate Media Director of Hal Riney & Partners in San Francisco and Young & Rubican in New York. He has also been inducted into the American Advertising Federation Association (AAFA) Hall of Fame.
