Pablo Escobar's Brother Wants to Review Netflix "Narcos" Show Prior to Release

Pablo Escobar's brother wants to make sure things are done right for the entire 2nd season of Netflix's show

MEDELLÍN, Colombia, July 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Pablo Escobar's biological brother, Roberto De Jesus Escobar Gaviria, has sent a letter to Netflix asking to review the 2(nd) season of "Narcos" prior to any release or distribution. "I am submitting a formal, friendly request to review this material solely on an informational basis. It is depicting me, my life, my family and my brother. I think nobody else in the world is alive to determine the validity of the materials, but me," says Roberto De Jesus Escobar Gaviria, Pablo Escobar's brother.

In 2015 Roberto Escobar through Escobar Inc registered Successor-in-Interest rights to his brother Pablo Escobar and the Escobar family name in the State of California. "Look, these guys are based in California, I think they should consider working with me and my partner to make Roberto (Escobar) a happy man. All he wants to do is review their show, and if they want to pay for such content reviewing services - that's great!" says Daniel D. Reitberg, Chief Operating Officer of Escobar Inc.

Prior to Roberto Escobar being the lead accountant for the Medellín cartel he was at one point the chief of the hitmen. In 1993 Roberto was arrested and imprisoned, at which point he received a letter bomb that made him half-blind and half-deaf. Since his release from prison, he has authored several articles, books, patents and is a co-founder of Escobar Inc.
