The film features interviews with famous Canadians such as, Mike Myers, Seth Rogen, Michael J. Fox, Alanis Morissette, William Shatner, Eugene Levy and many more, in the hopes of answering this important question. On June 30, Guibord s'en va-t-en guerre will be shown in French with English subtitles. This production is written and directed by Philippe Falardeau, and stars Patrick Huard. This political satire tells the story of an independent member of Parliament from northern Quebec who finds himself in the position of holding the tie-breaking vote on whether Canada will go to war in the Middle East. Produced by Quebec's micro_scope (Kim McCraw and Luc Déry), the film won for Best Supporting Actor (Irdens Exantus), Best Original Score and Best Editing at the 18(th) Quebec Cinema Awards.
