Corus Entertainment Announces Redemption of 4.25% Senior Unsecured Guaranteed Notes Due 2020

TORONTO, April 1, 2016 /CNW/ - Corus EntertainmentInc. ("Corus") (TSX: CJR.B) announced today that it will redeem all of its outstanding C$550 million 4.25% senior unsecured guaranteed notes due 2020 (the "2020 Notes"). The redemption date is April 18, 2016.

The Redemption Price is defined in the indenture governing the 2020 Notes and includes accrued and unpaid interest thereon to but excluding the redemption date. The Redemption Price is payable in cash in accordance with the terms of the aforementioned indenture.
