Silvergate Signs Three Year Global Master Toy Renewal Deal with Fisher-Price for Octonauts

NEW YORK and LONDON, February 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --



The brand-new Gup-K vehicle featured in the double-length special, "The Octonauts and
The Great Swamp Search!" 



Silvergate Media ("Silvergate"), the international TV production and licensing company
focused on pre-school children's entertainment based in New York and London, has signed a
three year master toy renewal deal for Octonauts, its undersea preschool adventure
property with Fisher-Price Inc., one of the world's leading manufacturers of infant and
preschool toys and a subsidiary of Mattel Inc.

Now in its fourth season Octonauts is aired in over 100 countries across the world,
including on Disney Channel [http://disney.go.com/disneyjunior/octonauts ] (USA), ABC
[http://www.abc.net.au/abcforkids/shows/s3106715.htm ] (Australia), TF1
[http://www.tf1.fr/tf1/les-octonauts ] (France) and Super RTL [http://www.superrtl.de ]
 (Germany). Octonauts is also broadcast on China Central TV ("CCTV").



Fisher-Price have been Silvergate's toy partner for Octonauts since 2011, with the
brand established as a leading preschool toy property in the United States, UK, Europe,
Australia, and Korea. A successful toy launch is underway in China, with Russia to follow
this Fall.  



Fisher-Price plans to launch over 20 new toys in 2016, based around a fantastic "Year
of Slime" play pattern.

Under the three year master toy license, Fisher-Price has global rights to develop
