Curtain Raiser of 8th Global Film Festival Noida at Marwah Studio

The Global Film Festival has created a wonderful niche for itself. With every edition,
the festival has been attracting film lovers and delegates from all over India and abroad.
The footfall has increased and the festival has already added an international stature to
the city of Noida.



This time, the team of 'Main Aur Charles' visited Marwah Studio to launch the first
poster of 8th Global Film Festival Noida 2015 with great pomp and show. Richa Chadha,
Randeep Hooda, Adil Hussain, Director Prawaal Raman, Rahul Mittra - CEO of Wave Cinemas,
Producer Amit Kapoor and former Director General of Police Amod Kant were present at the
curtain raiser of the 8th Global Film Festival.



"Wave Cinema also joins hands with Marwah Studio to propagate this international event
- Global Film Festival," said Rahul Mittra. "We would love to come back at Global Film
Festival," said Amit Kapoor. Director of 'Darna Mana Hai', 'Gayab' and 'Darling', Prawaal
Raman was keen to be part of the festival.



"Main Aur Charles deserves an award - Global Film Festival Noida, now the most
happening film festival of the world, would like to honor the film for its research work
and sincerity," said Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studio.



Amod Kant, Actor and former Director General of Police, narrated different anecdotes
of Charles Sobhraj. "I am impressed by the studio for its arrangements and facilities,"
added Richa Chadha. "I congratulate everyone here for creating a wonderful film culture in
this campus, including the film festival," said Randeep Hooda.



The festival is on from 17th to 19th November. 52 events have been planned, including
a formal inauguration, screenings, workshops, master classes, book release, exhibitions,
seminars, an award function, musical shows and fashion shows. Some of the prominent
personalities will be visiting the festival for different events.



Sandeep Marwah honored the dignities with life memberships for the International Film
and Television Club of Asian Academy of Film & Television.
