Comcast Hometown Network (Channel 104) To Televise Select Saint Mary's And San Francisco State Basketball Games Live

NCAA Division I Hoops Schedule Kicks Off on November 29, with Saint Mary's Hosting Cal State Bakersfield on Channel 104

LIVERMORE, Calif., Nov. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Comcast Hometown Network (Channel 104), Comcast's regional cable network covering Northern and Central California, today announced that it will televise select live basketball games featuring Saint Mary's College and San Francisco State University. CHN's basketball schedule kicks off with the Saint Mary's Gaels playing host to Cal State Bakersfield on Sunday, November 29th at 5:00 pm.

This marks the second year for CHN to broadcast live and local NCAA Division I basketball games since the network debuted in 2009. In addition to the November 29th broadcast, additional games will be UC Irvine at St. Mary's (Dec. 6); and Cal Poly at St. Mary's (Dec. 14). Also, CHN will broadcast a men and women's doubleheader with Division II San Francisco State vs Chico State (Dec. 4) and San Francisco State vs Humboldt State (Feb. 5).

Play-by-play announcers for the 2015 men's basketball games will be KCBS Sports Anchor Dave Lewis, Joe Castellano and KNBR Sports Anchor, Kate Scott. Color commentary will be provided by the voice of Saint Mary's Gaels basketball, Alex Jensen, Pac-12 Network's Drew Schiller and Dan Dibley of 95.7 The Game. Sideline reporter duties will be handled by CHN's Game On Reporter, Kate Rooney and Sports Reporter, Jessica Vo.
