Tenor Anthony Kearns to Headline Benefit for Wounded Military Heroes in Coronado, CA on Sat., Oct. 4, 2014
SAN DIEGO, Sept. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Tenor Anthony Kearns will headline a musical cocktail reception and charity benefit for combat wounded military veterans and their families on Saturday, Oct. 4, 2014, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The ticketed event is a benefit for the Coalition to Salute America's Heroes and will be held at the elegant Loews Coronado Bay Resort in Coronado, CA.
Mr. Kearns, who enjoys international fame as a solo artist and an original member of The Irish Tenors, will provide the entertainment. He will join forces with acclaimed actor Jack Scalia, best known for his role on the hit TV show, All My Children, who will serve as Honorary Host.
The "Evening of Fine Music and Spirits to Support Wounded Veterans through the Coalition to Salute America's Heroes" is the official kick-off for the Coalition's 2014 Road to Recovery Conference, an annual event designed to support military veterans and their families.

The Coalition's Road to Recovery Conference (Oct.5-8, 2014) is a multi-day educational and motivational event designed to prepare combat-wounded veterans and their families for the often-difficult transition to civilian life. The all-expenses-paid conference will feature a Career Fair, seminars, workshops and presentations from the U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs and other organizations.
