Based in part on actual events, Wisdom is a story about a man's journey to bring his sobriety full circle. 'Bob' (Daniel Baldwin) a former addict and convict, is asked by an old friend (Lou Diamond Phillips), to help a young woman (Mayra Leal) kick a serious drug problem by any means necessary. Despite pressure from a family member (William Baldwin) to stay on the straight and narrow, 'Bob' puts his own life at risk and faces tremendous dangers in order to help save a young woman's life.

The film, which is being hailed as the "best recovery film of all time," has won best picture at the Long Beach International, San Antonio and Manhattan International Film Festivals, and is an official selection at the upcoming Ft. Lauderdale Film Festival. "This film is near and dear to me," states Daniel Baldwin, who has been sober for years. "There are millions of Americans who suffer from addiction and if we can reach just one person with this film, it would be the biggest reward ever."

Reaching individuals through the film is only one of the goals of Baldwin and Executive Producer Greg Hannley. As a result of this film, SOBA Texas, a drug and alcohol treatment center, was born.
