A percentage of the proceeds from the experience will go directly to Born This Way Foundation, which was created by Lady Gaga and her mother in 2011 to foster a more accepting society.

Chef Art was a long-time personal chef to Oprah Winfrey and is known for his expertise in Southern cuisine. Smith has authored three award-winning cookbooks: Back to the Table; Kitchen Life: Real Food for Real Families; and Back to the Family.
