The box set continues to sell, more than two years after it was introduced. Part of the success of the Music of Your Life Collection is attributed to the StarVista Entertainment / Time Life produced infomercial co-starring former Hollywood Squares host, Emmy Award winner and Music of Your Life radio host, Peter Marshall, alongside Grammy Award winning singer Debby Boone. The Music of Your Life brand has long been associated with the classic songs found in the Collection by singers such as Bobby Darin, Elvis Presley, BJ Thomas, Andy Williams, The Platters, Nat King Cole, and many others, a total of 150 songs in all.
