C.F. Martin & Co. Announces the Promotion of Jerry Lawlor to International Sales Manager

NAZARETH, Pa., June 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- C. F. Martin & Co. is pleased to announce that Jerry Lawlor has been promoted to International Sales Manager where he will be responsible for global customer management and sales leadership encompassing Martin's Guitar and String divisions. Jerry joined C. F. Martin & Co. in 2011 as the String Sales Representative and has been responsible for global string sales and sales management since 2012.

Jerry has grown string sales in both domestic and international distribution channels, year over year. He successfully implemented the shift of direct sales to the Martin Dealer Network by adding a telesales organization and supporting Martin Guitar's existing field sales organization. He also received the 2013 Best Sales Representative Award by one of Martin's largest e-tailers for management and support of account.

Jerry attended Stony Brook University, a State University of New York, as a student-athlete majoring in Business Communications and holds certificates in emergency management and labor relations. Prior to joining C. F. Martin & Co., Jerry held various senior level sales, marketing, customer service and general management roles in several different consumer product markets, including cable, broadband, entertainment and leisure recreation industries.
