Company Continues to Return Excess Cash to Shareholders

(NASDAQ: RRST), a leading provider of comprehensive digital content management and global distributionservices to the television and radio broadcasting industry, today announced that it has paid a cash dividend of $0.10 per share to its shareholders. The Company has now paid $0.26 per share in dividends year-to-date, representing a dividend yield of approximately 3% based on the share price as of September 10, 2013.
