New Slate of Contestants Announced for September 3 Show
KANSAS CITY, Mo., Aug. 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Dream Big America, the first-ever live nationally syndicated radio show pitting startup business ventures against each other, and broadcast on Doug Stephan's Good Day Show (www.dougstephan.com) each Tuesday at 9:10 am EDT, announced today the winner from the August 27 Finals Show. Qurate, from St. Louis, Missouri (www.qurate.net), and presented by Founder Ryan O'Neil, received the most votes from the nationwide audience.
Voting set an all-time record for Dream Big America, which included two other finalists, Shea Radiance from Columbia, Maryland (www.shearadiance.com), and Sanitation Creations from Raleigh, North Carolina (www.sanitationcreations.com).

NEW CONTESTANTS ANNOUNCED
Immediately after the announcement of this week's winner, Dream Big America announced the three contestants for the September 3 show. The contestants for the September Week One show are:
Sportifik (www.sportifik.com), based in Los Angeles, California, allows amateur athletes and avid sports fans to easily organize their sporting activities. Co-founder Marco Franzoni will present Sportifik's two-minute pitch.
Chaheati (www.chaheati.com), based in Columbia, Alabama, designs and develops heated outdoor seating that is cordless, lightweight and collapsible. Presenting Chaheati's two-minute pitch will be Co-Founder ReAnna Smith.
Fannect (www.fannect.me), based in Kansas City, Missouri, developed an app that allows sports fans to connect and measure their fandom. Presenting Fannect's two-minute pitch will be Co-Founder Will Coatley.
PRIZE PACKAGE ANNOUNCED
The Prize package for the August Finals Show was announced live today on the Good Day Show during the winner's announcement. The package includes cash and resources exceeding $19,000. Companies sponsoring the winning prize package are:
