Viva Forever Cancelation Sparks 220% Uplift in Ticket Searches

Figures from StubHub.co.uk show spike in public interest as fans rush to


catch remaining shows



After Thursday's announcement that Viva Forever will close its doors to audiences,
searches for tickets to the show have risen by 220% according to official figures from
StubHub.co.uk [http://www.stubhub.co.uk ], the UK ticketing site and part of the eBay
family.



Following a much hyped launch in November last year, which saw all five Spice Girls
reunited for the opening night, the show was marred by bad reviews from critics and
audiences, forcing organisers to call an end to its run with a reported GBP5 million loss.
The last performance will take place on 29th June.



Speaking of the news Brigitte Ricou-Bellan, General Manager for StubHub International,

Meanwhile Emma Bunton tweeted her disappoint along with her thanks to fans: "I am
totally gutted that our wonderful show @vivaforever is coming to an end. Thank you to all
our amazing fans for your constant support!"
