PORTLAND, Ore., May 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Rentrak (NASDAQ: RENT), the leader in multi-screen media measurement serving the advertising, television and movie industries, today announced a multi-year local TV ratings contract with ICA Broadcasting for its CBS-affiliate, KOSA-TV and MyTV affiliate, NOSA-TV, Odessa, Texas.

The new contract makes Odessa the 11(th) client market in Texas to utilize Rentrak's TV ratings, joining subscribers in Abilene, Austin, Beaumont, Dallas, Houston, Lubbock, San Antonio, Tyler, Victoria and Waco.
