LOS ANGELES, May 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP announced that Larry S. Greenfield has joined their West Los Angeles-based law firm effective May 1, 2012, as a partner in their Litigation & Dispute Resolution/Entertainment & Intellectual Property Department.

Mr. Greenfield's areas of expertise include litigating and resolving disputes involving issues of contract, copyright, trademark, Lanham Act, First Amendment, trade secrets, theft of ideas, unfair competition, fraud, interference with business relations, rights of privacy and publicity, intellectual property, employment, real property and other general complex civil business, corporate and securities and bankruptcy litigation matters.

Mr. Greenfield is a chapter contributor to the legal treatise Entertainment Litigation (Oxford University Press, July 2011), on the entertainment litigation process and its principal substantive law issues. He earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and a Certificate in Mediation from the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation. He is a member of the American Bar, Los Angeles County Bar and the Beverly Hills Bar Associations, and is an active member of the litigation, entertainment, sports law, and intellectual property law sections. He has been rated "AV-Pre-eminent" by Martindale-Hubbell for more than 20 years. He also has been named a Southern California Super Lawyer for seven years.
