Hannover House Shareholder's Meeting Will Platform Launch of New Video-On-Demand Venture, VODwiz.com, to Expand Profits

NEW YORK, Jan. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Hannover House, Inc., the newly rebranded corporate name for Target Development Group, Inc. (Pinksheets: TDGI), will report details of a profitable 2011 for the Company, as well as unveil the Company's new Video-On-Demand portal, VODwiz.com, set to launch this summer. Offering independent films for streaming direct to consumers from Hannover House and other supplier libraries, the VODwiz.com hopes to fill a market niche both for breadth of selection as well as pioneering a transaction price of only $1 per film for selected titles.

"We've watched the domestic VOD market grow to over $4-billion in the past few years," said Eric Parkinson, C.E.O. of Hannover House. "The major streaming portals that currently dominate the market are focusing almost exclusively on major studio theatrical hits and premium streaming prices in the $2.99 to $6.99 per transaction range. We see no reason why more independent films are difficult to find for Video-On-Demand, and we see no reason why transaction rates have to be in the $3-dollar range. VODwiz.com will offer consumers the opportunity to stream hundreds of films, most of which are otherwise unavailable on current VOD portals, and will make it attractive and affordable for these films to be viewed," he concluded.

"The business model for VODwiz.com combines elements of the pricing strategy of Redbox, with the broad selection of Amazon.com," said Fred Shefte, President. "Our launch campaign will reach out to build both brand-awareness and members attracted to this philosophy."

Additional information on the launch of VODwiz.com, including personnel, infrastructure and scalability, will be presented at the Hannover House annual shareholder's meeting, to be held tomorrow, Jan. 14, at 11:00 am at the Inn at Carnall Hall, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Shareholders not attending the meeting can view the meeting on-line via U-Stream, with an access code and meeting agenda available by emailing: Leigha@HannoverHouse.com

Hannover House will also discuss the results of the core business activities for 2011, including sales and profits for the year from its distribution of films, videos and books into the North American entertainment marketplace. The Company will also highlight new releases set for the first half of 2012, and discuss additional opportunities for new products and new ventures.
