Hannover House Moves Towards Rebranding, Uplisting

Hannover House Moves Towards Rebranding, Uplisting

NEW YORK, Nov. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Hannover House, the operating division of Target Development Group, Inc. (Pinksheets: TDGI), announced a series of corporate measures to enable the company to rebrand and qualify for a possible uplisting of the stock to a non-Pinksheets exchange. Steps being pursued include the hiring of a market-maker, the renaming of the corporation and a possible change in the company's stock trading ticker symbol. Actions required for these changes include voluntary filing of quarterly reports with the S.E.C., release of audited financials and revised legal opinion letters on compliance.

"The importance of fulfilling these corporate matters has an elevated priority due to recent changes in market conditions for Pinksheet stocks," said Eric Parkinson, C.E.O. of Target Development Group, Inc. and Hannover House. "These corporate steps will help preserve shareholder confidence and liquidity with our stock, while opening up the company to a broader market of potential shareholders."

The company plans to apply for a corporate name change with the Wyoming Secretary of State's office, rebranding as "Hannover House, Inc." Simultaneously, the company would apply for a ticker symbol change to better reflect the new corporate name. Discussions have commenced for the engagement of an investment relations company to perform the functions as market maker in the stock, which could benefit trading in both volume and access.

Shares in TDGI are currently trading in the range of 2.5-cents, which the company feels is significantly below market value for entertainment industry stocks with comparable assets, infrastructure and release activities.

In other news, Hannover announced that the acclaimed drama, "Cook County" will be released to theatres in New York and Los Angeles on December 16. This date was rescheduled at the recommendation of two publicity and PR outreach firms that have been engaged to promote the film for various awards consideration. "Cook County" stars Anson Mount in a powerful role as a volatile yet complex methamphetamine dealer in east Texas. Mount's performance has been hailed by top critics, and is the focus of Hannover's awards activities. In addition to his starring role in "Cook County," Anson Mount is also the lead in the new AMC-TV series, "Hell On Wheels," which was watched by more than 4.4-million viewers on last Sunday night's debut.

Hannover's acclaimed nature documentary, "Turtle: The Incredible Journey" will reach video stores and mass merchants nationwide next Tuesday, Nov. 15, and will be a "Black Friday" title at Wal-Mart Stores. The film was released to theatres and home video under a distribution pact with SeaWorld Pictures.
