POP-TARTS® BRAND OPENS FIRST-EVER RETAIL STORE AND CAFE IN NYC

Caroline Rhea, the Voice of Mother of ?Phineas and Ferb? on the Disney Channel Hosts the ?Fun Way to Start the Day? Event at the Grand Opening

NEW YORK, August 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Pop-Tarts® first retail store and café called Pop-Tarts World?, opens in New York City on August 10. The store features a full-service café of more than 30 Pop-Tarts® creations and offers a wide variety of merchandise and apparel. It will also have interactive touch screen stations featuring games, a "varietizer" that allows guests to create custom-mixed boxes of Pop-Tarts® and a T-shirt customization station where visitors can design their own T-shirts.

For the grand opening, Caroline Rhea, the voice of Linda Flynn-Fletcher, mother of "Phineas and Ferb" on the Disney Channel, and also known for her past work including "The Caroline Rhea Show" and "Sabrina the Teenage Witch", will host the "Fun Way to Start the Day" event.

Rhea will also announce Pop-Tarts®' mission to award a $25,000 FUNd to the individual or family who presents the best idea for creating and spreading fun with their family and in their community. Entrants need to submit a two-minute original video at http://www.facebook.com/sprinklings describing how their idea would sprinkle fun throughout their lives and communities.
