(NASDAQ:CHRM) ("Charm" or the "Company"), a leading advertising agency in China, today announced that industry veteran Mr. Xianhao Yu has joined Charm as vice president of its Service Solution Committee, in charge of media planning and non-CCTV media buying on behalf of advertising clients, as well as supporting the development of Charm's strategic industry groups.

As a vice president of the company Mr. Yu will join Charm's Service Solution Committee, which has been formed to uphold and promote the highest standards of professional service and industry best practice across all of Charm's business segments. By bringing together key executives from different disciplines within the firm, Charm will create important synergies and allow the cross cultivation of ideas throughout the Company. Mr. Yu's sixteen years of experience in brand management across different media platforms will strengthen Charm's integrated advertising service capabilities beyond television and CCTV. Additionally, Mr. Yu's rich knowledge of marketing in the consumer goods industry will help Charm to extend its leadership in this rapidly growing sector.

Industry veteran Mr. Xianhao Yu has sixteen years of experience in brand management across different media platforms. Prior to joining Charm, Mr. Yu served for five years as the director of advertising and planning, responsible for all marketing activities at Jinmailang, one of China's leading domestic food and beverage groups and the second-largest manufacturer of instant noodles in China. Prior to Jinmailang, Mr. Yu worked with several local advertising agencies in Mainland China and Taiwan, accumulating experience with leading mainland and Taiwanese brands, including Mengniu, Uni-President, Bright Dairy, and Jinlongyu.
