'TONIC' Released Today on 429 Records!

SANTA MONICA, Calif., May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Emerson Hart, Jeff Russo and Dan Lavery, aka Tonic, have signed with 429 Records, which will release "TONIC," their fourth studio album today. It's been almost eight years since the Grammy-nominated "Head on Straight" (they released a Greatest Hits collection early last year), and the band has returned reenergized with a collection of twelve new songs. Produced by Tonic and Nathaniel Kunkel, "TONIC" is redolent of their trademark honest, powerful, melodic rock sound. The first single, "Release Me," is currently being promoted at several radio formats and debuts at #40* on R&R's Hot AC chart this week! In addition, Tonic has confirmed a number of tour dates and will be performing throughout 2010 in support of "TONIC."
