DALLAS, May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Full service branding agency LEVELTWO Advertising has launched a new television campaign for Ambit Energy. LEVELTWO has been the agency of record for Ambit Energy since 2009.
The campaign is a continuation of the successful "My Lightbulb Moment" campaign launched in 2009. The seven new spots depict people in fun and humorous situations who realize, through their "lightbulb moment," that they have saved 30% on their electricity by switching to Ambit Energy and can spend those extra dollars on whatever their heart desires.
"Two important research findings really drove this campaign: one is that nearly 80 percent of consumers choose their electricity company based on price, and the other is Ambit's desire to break from the industry norm of talking to consumers in terms of kilowatt pricing and instead talk to them in a language that they can relate to," said LEVELTWO Principal Steve Choppin.
