kick-off the "Hip Hop-A-Thon" National Marketing and Promotional Campaign!
The Hip Hop HoF Sales Team in association with Advertising and Sales
Valuation Specialists have put a special price of $400k flat fee for title

membership marketing campaign drive!

Record labels, media buyers, and major corporate brand marketers are also
invited to attend the newly scheduled HHHOF $15 Million dollar
"Media-Upfront" presentation in June 2010 for official sponsorship categories
at the Hip Hop Hall of Fame Museum & Entertainment Complex site in Manhattan.
There will be some exclusive official categories for soft drinks, liquor,
beer, computers, electronics, phone provider, automobiles, pos, big screens,
clothing, sneakers, and health & hygiene products to name a few. These types
of unique partners will also receive major co-branding "signage and naming
rights" opportunities at the HHHOF Museum Complex including floors, exhibits,
interactive stations, hall of fame, retail store, restaurant, concert lounge
stage, TV studios, live events, TV shows, and the outdoor marquee! These are
some of the final steps toward the "Grand Opening" of the HHHOF Museum in
2010.

"We are very excited to be returning to television, and finally unveiling
the Hip Hop Museum in Manhattan! Hip Hop has been commercialized from the
streets, and has re-emerged as the major youth "marketing and economic"
driving force influencing over $250 Billion+ in sales across all service and
product categories. This event will help re-establish the Hip Hop Hall of
Fame and the Hip Hop TV Network brands in the marketplace for decades to
come," says show Creator and Executive Producer J.T. Thompson.

The Advisory Board Members are illustrious and include legends
Grandmaster Caz, and Easy AD of the Cold Crush Bros, RockHall inductee Melle
Mel, Kurtis Blow, Pebblee Poo, L.A. Sunshine, DLB, Roxanne Shante, Kool Herc,
and the late Mr. Magic, and HHHOF inductee Jam Master Jay of Run DMC, just to
name a few.

The HHHOF will provide approximately 300 new jobs, internships,
co-branded marketing opportunities, as well as educational events and
outreach programs for the youth and families. The economic impact in the City
of New York is expected to be over $400 Million over 5 years, from on-site
and off-site programming, tourism, B2B local commerce, consumer spending, and
City tax revenues. The HHHOF, in conjunction with its kids' mascot "B-Boy
Scratch & Friends", will also mentor over 20,000 NYC public school children
per year with special field trips to the complex being dubbed as the new
"Urban Theme Park"!

ABOUT THE OFFICIAL HIP HOP HALL OF FAME AND PRODUCER J.T. THOMPSON

Originally created in 1992, the awards show was the first independently
produced Hip Hop Awards Show on the BET Network Syndication arm in 1995, and
was label mates with the Source Awards. The Creator, J.T. "J-Train" Thompson,
is a Brooklyn born, Queens, and Harlem raised Hip Hop connoisseur, whose
uncle played with Harlem Legends Billie Holliday, Louis Armstrong, and Benny
Goodman and others, who could not eat, live, or dwell in the places where
they played music! J.T. was transplanted to Los Angeles in his early years
where he entered the business as a concert promoter and television producer
as a guest of former MCA/Universal artists Pebbles, and the R&B Group the
Deele, that featured multi-Grammy Award winning artists/producers BabyFace,
and current Island-Def Jam Head L.A. Ried. While a free agent, professional
athlete and businessman legends Eazy E, Ice Cube, Yo Yo and Publicist Lynn
Jeter gave J.T. his big break in promotions and productions, as he went on to
emerge as a major force in the "Hip Hop Fight the Power Leadership" era of
the early 90's, even joining with Sister Souljah.

As one of the main Co-Founders of the historical L.A. Gang Truce
Alliance, during the 1992 Riots, J.T., took the lead in empowering community,
private, and public economic development partnerships, and helped push for
the National Empowerment Zones from Los Angeles, to the new Harlem USA
projects. His story was highlighted in the movie Redemption starring Oscar
winner Jamie Foxx, as J.T. utilized gang members on projects including
restoring the Sear's Hollywood. Despite the HHHOF and J.T. producing numerous
albums, movies, concerts, step shows, special events from the Bay Area to Los
Angeles, and NYC, Hip Hop took a negative turn during the media-hyped
east-west turmoil and the Hip Hop Hall of Fame suffered in the downturn, only
to rise again today with a vengeance to finally complete the NYC HHHOF Museum
and Entertainment Complex coming in 2010.
