State Farm(R) Announces Music Is My Ticket National Program and Latin Billboard Concerts in Select Cities
Music fans encouraged to support music education in schools by donating musical instruments in exchange for free tickets and access to stellar concerts
BLOOMINGTON, Ill., March 26 /PRNewswire/ -- To support music programs in schools, State Farm has announced a national program to allow music fans in select cities to make a difference in their communities, while also enjoying great musical performances by Latino Billboard 2010 nominated artists. Through specially-branded, interactive State Farm booths, the Music is My Ticket program will collect donated instruments in exchange for two tickets to private concerts the company will also co-sponsor across the country:

Fans that make musical instrument donations will also have special early access to the concert venues through a designated entrance, in appreciation for their commitment to music education.
Additionally, State Farm will be giving away free music downloads and, through the miracle of green screen virtual technology, music fans will be able to "take a picture" with a Latin Billboard artist and enjoy activities that will include a splatter paint module, at each State Farm Music is My Ticket booth.
At the end of donation period, all instruments received will be gifted to deserving schools in these cities, along with a monetary donation on behalf of State Farm Insurance® to benefit music education.
