HSN Climbs to #7 in The Fifth Annual NRF Foundation/American Express Customers' Choice Survey

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Jan. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- HSN announced today that it has received its highest ever ranking for customer service, according to the Fifth Annual NRF Foundation/American Express Customers' Choice Survey. The survey of more than 8,000 consumers voted HSN #7 in the top 10 for retail customer service.
