CBS Corporation Announces Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CBS Corporation (NYSE:CBS) (NYSE:and CBS.A) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend on the Company's common stock of $.05 per share. The dividend is payable on January 1, 2010 to shareholders of record as of December 11, 2009.
