McGowan brings more than 16 years of professional experience in the health care industry to her new role with VELOCITY Broadcasting. Prior to joining the company, she was a program director for UPMC St. Margaret in greater Pittsburgh. Before her work with UPMC, McGowan held leadership positions at a number of health care organizations in the Pittsburgh region.
