Logo and Subaru of America, Inc. Partner on the 'Logo Legacy Campaign'

On-air and Online Campaign to Center Around Notable Gay and Lesbian Artists, Entertainers and Leaders on What Legacy Means to Them Campaign Launches in Conjunction with the Redesigned 2010 Subaru Legacy

NEW YORK, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Logo, a unit of Viacom's MTV Networks (NYSE:VIA) (NYSE:VIA.B) , and Subaru of America have begun an on-air and online campaign that focuses on legacy building. The 6-month campaign will feature prominent gay and lesbian entertainers, artists and leaders in videos that will launch at LogoLegacyCampaign.com and on Logo's sites including, LOGOonline.com, AfterEllen.com, AfterElton.com and Downelink.com.

Each site will address the definition of "legacy" in its distinct editorial voice and will house videos featuring film director Angela Robinson, "Top Chef" contestant Jamie Lauren, comedienne Sandra Valls, model and actress Jenny Shimizu, actor Cheyenne Jackson, writer/producer/actor/director Patrik-Ian Polk and actor Bryan Batt. In addition, AfterEllen.com and AfterElton.com will launch a series of posts tracing the legacy of lesbians and gays in pop culture. And finally, Downelink.com will launch a contest urging its members to submit a video expressing what each of their legacies will be.

The launch of the "Logo Legacy Campaign" coincides with the launch of the new 2010 Subaru Legacy sedan. The "legacy" videos will be branded with Subaru graphics. Logo will drive to the online content through heavy on-air promo rotation in relevant programming throughout the 6-month run.
