CLEVELAND, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The annual International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Heritage Region conference will be held in Cleveland, October 18 - 20, 2009, at the Marriott Downtown at Key Center. Designed to provide a professional development and networking opportunity that is high quality yet affordable, the conference is open to all communicators, from students to senior practitioners.
