"I was very pleased that all six candidates agreed to participate in this very unique series of programs," says Joel Rubin, an award winning reporter for WAVY TV from 1976-1991 and then host of On the Record on WVEC TV from 1992-2008. "This is a critically important election for Virginia because of the state of the economy and voters will hear differing views on how to address the challenges facing the Commonwealth during the programs. I encourage everyone to watch all three because they will help them make more informed decisions when they vote on November 3."
