Long Lines' Fall Program Lineup Reaches Beyond the Big Ten Network

SERGEANT BLUFF, Iowa, Aug. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Long Lines is gearing up for football season and continues to offer the Big Ten Network, channel 31 on their Basic Cable lineup, to all Long Lines Cable subscribers. In the metro Sioux City area this includes subscribers in Dakota Dunes, South Sioux City and Sergeant Bluff.

Fox Sports is offering the University of Nebraska football football games on their Pay-Per-View channel 370. With the Regional interest in their customer base, Long Lines will be offering the following scheduled Huskers games (at time of release):

   Sept. 5 (against Florida Atlantic) @ 6 pm - Home game   Sept. 12 (against Arkansas State) @ 1 pm - Home game   Sept. 26 (against Louisiana-Lafayette) @ 6 pm - Home game   (Sept. 19 game is on ABC)

Long Lines will be showing the Iowa vs. Iowa State game live on their local access channel 75 on Sept. 12 @ 11 am. Long Lines has an agreement with Fox Sports, who owns the rights to the game and had a scheduling conflict with a Minnesota Twins game, to still to bring the live game to Long Lines customers.

"It is all about improving the customers' experiences," said McElroy. "We are currently in negotiations to bring on the NFL Network as well, due to popular demand."
