Cox 11 Salutes Local Military with 'Homecoming: Episode 2'

CHESAPEAKE, Va., Aug. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- On Sunday, August 30, Cox 11 will premiere "Homecoming: Episode 2". Homecoming: Episode 2 is a video snapshot of the reunion of local military personnel who have come home from several military deployments. Episode 2 features the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower Strike Group, among other groups, who are being reconnected with their loved ones in Hampton Roads.
"Our Cox 11 cameras were waiting at the docks, on the flight line, and at several bases to capture the moment of return as some of the major recent deployments of local servicemen and women came to an end. Through emotional images and interviews captured on site, we have documented their triumphant returns as well as joy that they have experienced in being connected with their families," said Leigh Woisard, Cox Vice President of Government and Public Affairs.
