Kelly Bumann Named Senior Vice President in Starz Entertainment Marketing Group

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Aug. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Kelly Bumann was named to the newly created position of senior vice president, consumer marketing for Starz Entertainment today, as announced today by Nancy McGee, executive vice president, marketing.

Bumann previously served as vice president, brand strategy & marketing communications. Bumann was a key contributor to last year's Starz brand relaunch and is a leader in the marketing strategy execution and development tied to Starz' recent foray into original programming.

Bumann joined Starz Entertainment in 2003. Prior to that she managed her own consulting business, Tiny Rocket, Inc., which specialized in consulting emerging businesses in the interactive area. Before that she served as vice president of marketing and sales for MediaOne Road Runner (now Comcast), where she led the marketing, sales and product development for the RoadRunner service. Bumann started out in advertising with Ogilvy & Mather/West in San Francisco, California, Bumann received her bachelor of science in marketing at the University of Colorado at Boulder and later earned her MBA in finance from the University of San Francisco.
