"This is a community effort and we are hopeful that volunteers across the region will answer our call for support," said Bill Hanbury, CEO of the United Way. "This project allows us to tap into new supporters and simultaneously show a new 'can do' side to your local United Way."
"We need the support of businesses and individuals to donate supplies and their skills so that these projects can be completed in less than one week," said Tim Burch, Jr., President of Burch Builders Group. "For more information, and to get involved, visit our website at: www.burchbuildersgroup.com."
"These projects can only be completed if we energize the businesses in our area and those with special skills in the construction field to donate their time and resources," said Sean Murphy, CEO of G&M Contracting. "We still need more volunteers to join us."
The Emmy award winning reality program "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition," now entering its 7th season, is produced by Endemol USA, a division of Endemol Holding.
