("VisionChina Media" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:VISN) , one of China's largest out-of-home digital television advertising networks on mass transportation systems, today announced that it has obtained shareholder approval for all matters submitted for approval at the Company's 2008 annual general meeting held in Hong Kong today.

The following resolutions proposed by the Company were approved by VisionChina Media's shareholders:

    1. The ratification of the 2008 Share Repurchase Plan     2. Approval of the amendment to the 2006 Share Incentive Plan to       increase the total number of common shares authorized for issuance       under the 2006 Share Incentive Plan by one million common shares     3. Ratification of appointment of independent auditors
