Updated Media Alert - Flight of the Jetman Postponed Due to Shifting Weather Conditions

HISTORIC JETPACK FLIGHT ACROSS ENGLISH CHANNEL SCHEDULED FOR THIS MORNING POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS - HOPE TO RESCHEDULE FOR TOMORROW - MORE DETAILS TO FOLLOW LATER TODAY

WHAT: Swiss adventurer Yves Rossy's historic attempt to fly across the English Channel using a single, jet-propelled wing attached to his back scheduled for this morning, Thursday, Sept. 25 has been postponed due to shifting weather conditions.

Flight looks to be rescheduled for Friday, Sept. 26. Additional details will be available later today.

NGC has exclusive U.S. rights to Rossy's flight and will broadcast a one-hour primetime program entitled Flight of the Jet Man and stream the flight attempt on-line at www.natgeotv.com/jetman once the flight is rescheduled.

NGC will update plans to make the first 60 seconds of the flight available via satellite as soon as new flight schedule is announced.
