The service -- which includes advanced subscriber personalization features -- is part of Cinergy MetroNet's strategy to deliver value-added services that drive customer loyalty and new revenues across its bundled offerings.

By accessing a Network Address Book via Cinergy MetroNet's customer Web portal, subscribers can organize contacts for Caller ID on TV notifications and customize them with photos and nicknames. Subscribers can also view a Call Log on TV -- which shows the names, numbers, dates and times of recent calls -- and manage call settings, such as turning the notifications on or off and specifying how long caller ID information remains on the TV screen.
