Studio Center Announces the Hiring of Heather Garrett and Brian Bartusiak for Their Film & Video Division
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Studio Center Total Production, the Nation's largest production company, announces the hiring of Heather Garrett and Brian Bartusiak as Coordinating Producers. They will be overseeing all aspects of pre-production for the company's Film and Video Division.
Heather Garrett is a native of Virginia and graduated from James Madison University and Queensland College of Art at Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia with a Master of Arts with honors in Media Production. She has produced award-winning short films under her own company, Hey Song Productions. Additionally she took home the "Best Arts Program" at the 2004 National Community Television Awards and has completed a year long "producing workshop" at QPIX, a film resource center. She has produced a series for Australian television and while with a Richmond, VA production house she coordinated the production of "American Skinheads" a documentary which premiered on the National Geographic channel.
Brian Bartusiak also a native of Virginia attended the Center for Arts and Communication in Newport News and graduated from William and Mary University with a concentration in Film Studies. He interned with Colonial Williamsburg Productions and while employed by a local production facility Brian moved up from a production assistant's role to Producer / Director. Brian has produced everything from commercials, marketing and trade show videos, web products to interactive DVDs.
