LOS ANGELES, July 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Asia Global Holdings Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: AAGH) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary Idea Asia Limited (Idea Asia) is adding four more TV shows to the rapidly growing list of TV programming it represents in China. Through an agreement with Netherlands based Absolutely Independent, Idea Asia will distribute exclusively the Chinese versions of 'Battle of the Choirs', 'Challenge Me', 'Crisis' and 'The Singing Office' - the US version premiered Sunday night June 29th on TLC hosted by former *NSYNC star Joey Fatone and Melanie "Mel B" Brown of Spice Girls fame.

Absolutely Independent was founded in 1996 and has offices in Amsterdam and Stockholm. In 2004 the company became a member of the prestigious Academy, the organization for the (International) Emmy Awards. The company has clients in more than 50 countries including the Australia, U.S., Scandinavia, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands.

Quickly expanding Idea Asia is being sought by many international format owners to distribute TV programs in China. The Company has agreements with high quality format owners such as 2waytraffic, Sony Pictures Television International, Zeal Entertainment and FremantleMedia all of whom were among the first to recognize the PRC distribution potential of Idea Asia.

An Idea Asia spokesperson confirmed that the Company is close to securing broadcasting deals with five or six major TV stations in China in the very near future.
