NEW YORK, June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Following its record-breaking second episode on Sunday night, Lifetime Television's smash hit "Army Wives" is now not only the #1 2008 basic cable drama among women, it is also #1 among P18-49 and P25-54.

In addition to marching over more than 70 ad-supported cable networks head-to-head in its 10PM (ET/PT) time slot, the critically acclaimed series also whipped the broadcast nets in W18-34, W18-49, W25-54, P18-49 and P25-54 ratings (except for the "NBA Finals" on ABC).

Mark Gordon and The Mark Gordon Company's president of production, Deborah Spera, serve as executive producers. Nick Thiel and series creator Katherine Fugate also serve as executive producers.
