David Bolls Joins Outdoor Channel as Assistant General Counsel

Seasoned Attorney Brings Corporate, Television and Entertainment Legal Expertise to Outdoor Enthusiast Network

TEMECULA, Calif., March 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Outdoor Channel, America's Leader in Outdoor TV, announced today the appointment of David Bolls to the position of Assistant General Counsel. In this role, Bolls will provide

high-level professional legal service by representing and advising Outdoor Channel on a broad range of legal matters including overseeing and negotiating network contracts, licensing agreements, intellectual property matters, legal compliance issues, as well as the development and production of a wide range of entertainment content.

Most recently, Bolls served as corporate legal counsel for Tenacity Entertainment and Extreme Sports Channel, both entertainment companies, where he was responsible for all agreements regarding domestic television programming, production, licensing and intellectual property. For the past eight years, Bolls lent his expertise at The Schinner Law Group, a San Francisco based corporate boutique law firm. Most recently, he opened and managed the firm's Sacramento office. In that role, Bolls prepared contracts and licensing agreements related to commercial business, entertainment, real estate and intellectual property.

Bolls is a member of the State Bar of California, Supreme Court of the United States, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Court of Appeals (9th Cir.), U.S. District Court (Northern and Eastern Districts of California). Bolls, an avid hunter and angler, is also a member of the National Rifle Association, Safari Club International, Ducks Unlimited, Trout Unlimited, and the California Waterfowl Association.

Bolls holds a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Warner Pacific College in Portland, OR, a Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, CA, a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, CA and a Graduate Certificate of Advanced Studies in Taxation from Golden Gate University, Graduate School of Tax in San Francisco, CA.
