Hemcure, Inc. Changes its Name to AuraSound, Inc.

SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif., Feb. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hemcure, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: HMCU) announced today that it has completed the change of its corporate name and trading symbol on the OTC Bulletin Board to "AuraSound, Inc." and "ARAU", respectively. Arthur Liu, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AuraSound, Inc., made the announcement, noting: "In making the name change to AuraSound, Inc., we have adopted the name of our operating subsidiary which we acquired on June 7, 2007. Our corporate name is now consistent with our business purpose, which is to design, manufacture and distribute audio speakers and related audio products."
